Ingredients For Curd Rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, hing, green chilli and curry leaves.
  • 3. After seeds get spluttered, add boiled rice and mix well.
  • 4. Add yoghurt and reduce flame. Cook for 1-2 mins.
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve cold.

Easy to cook and tastes yumm. It is the best home remedy for an upset stomach coz it is easy to digest and helps in digestion. Eat it cold✌️

I love the blend of flavours of this dish. It is so refreshing, tasty and nutritious. Curd helps in digestion as it acts a good probiotic. This dish is just apt for people with diarrhoea as it is low in fiber. It also gives a feeling of fullness for a long while and thus is excellent for weight reduction.
