Methods
  • 1. Fry the peanuts and keep it aside. In the same oil, add black mustard, chilli and curry leaves, fry for 15sec.
  • 2. Add cooked rice, salt, sugar, curd together and stir it occasionally.
  • 3. Once the water goes off, add chopped coriander leaves and fried peanuts, mix it. Turn off the gas. Serve it with your favourite side dish.
