Methods
  • 1. In a cooker add oil, Now add mustard seed . Now add dal and all vegetables.  Add all spices and sambar masala .
  • 2. Cook for 2 whistle with 1/2cupof water . Now after 10 minutes when the dal cold take it out .
  • 3. Now in a bowl, add cornflakes crumble and dal , besan . Make a thick paste .
  • 4. Make a square shape of it . coat it with suji . Now shallow fry it both side.
  • 5. Your Sambar Dal fritter is ready.
  • 6. surve with spicy tomatoe Chutney.
