1.
Take a kadai n add oil , when oil gets heated, deep fry the boiled potatoes ( cut into 2 pieces)

Now take a pan add 3 to 4 tablespoon of ghee n add jeera n whole masala.

Once it gets flutter, add ginger garlic paste n saute, then add onion paste n cook on a slow flame.

Once the paste become golden brown in colour, add tomatoe paste.

Cook for a while. Now take tomato puree, add dry Masala into it, like garam masala, danyia jeera powder, Turmeric n chilli powder n mix well to make paste.

Now add this paste to onion paste n saute well.then add salt to the beaten curd n put this curd into the cooked masala.

Add fried potatoes to the masala n curd gravy. Cover the lid of pan n let the potatoes simmer into the curd masala gravy. If needed add some water.
8.
Cook for 10 mins on slow flame.Curd Dum Aloo is ready to serve.
