Ingredients For Dahi Puri Chaat / Doi Fuchka Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the potatoes and mash it. Mix chaat masala, chilli powder and black salt. Keep aside.
  • 2. Soak the whole moong dal overnight.
  • 3. Make holes at the center of the golgappes.
  • 4. Stuff 1tsp of boiled potato mixture and ¼tsp of whole sprouted moong dal.
  • 5. Now mix curd with a pinch of black salt. Add this mixture into each golgappas.
  • 6. Sprinkle chopped onion and then add generous amount of tamarind chutney and green chutney into each golgappas.
  • 7. Garnish with chaat masala, bhujia sev and mint leaves. Mouth watering golgappas are ready to gulp in.
