Ingredients For Dal Cutlets Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put salt and turmeric in the lentils and grind them.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida, curry leaves and onions, green chillies and fry them. Then add salt and all the spices and mix the potatoes.
  • 3. Make cutlets by adding green coriander and dipped in lentil paste.
  • 4. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and fry it.
  • 5. Serve with mint sauce when golden brown.
