Ingredients For Dal Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl. Add flour, dal, chopped onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder and 1 tsp ghee/oil.
  • 2. Mix well and add little water if required to knead a soft dough.
  • 3. Take a small portion and roll it into paratha (thicker than regular roti).
  • 4. Heat the skillet. Now add oil/ghee and roast paratha on medium flame.
  • 5. Fry the paratha while applying little ghee/ oil until it turns golden brown on both sides & serve hot.
