1.
For dough-Take a dough kneading bowl and mix together wheat flour, salt and ghee.

Using a little water, knead the ingredients well to form a soft and smooth dough. Keep this dough aside for a while.

For paratha stuffing- Take a small mixing bowl, add mashed potato, chilli powder, garam masala, green chilly, anardana powder,finely chopped coriander leaves and salt.

Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside.

Now to prepare paratha, take a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.

Now roll it in a circle of about 5 to 5.5 inches in diameter. Now place the prepared ball of aloo stuffing in the center.

Furthermore, take the edge and start pleating bringing to center. Seal the edges in the center and roll off to a chapati size.
8.
Now to roast aloo paratha, take a tawa , spread oil over it and place the rolled paratha.
9.
Once the base of paratha is partly cooked, flip the paratha.
10.
Now add oil and press slightly. Flip paratha again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
11.
Take out paratha on serving plate and serve hot with green chutney, raita or pickle.
