Ingredients For Dry Masala kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add all the dry spices to it, and cook it. Now let it cool down and grind it.
  • 2. Mix salt, carom seeds and oil in the flour and make a soft dough.
  • 3. Now grind the sev. Add powdered ground spices and red chili, turmeric, sesame, cashew, raisins and tamarind chutney and mix it well. Kachori masala is ready.
  • 4. Now take a little dough from the flour. And take a small ball of Kachori masala. Keep it in the flour. And fold it well from all sides.
  • 5. Now heat oil in a pan. And add all the flour balls, and fry on low flame. Remove when it turns golden brown.
  • 6. Delicious n soft Dry Masala Kachoris are ready.
