First take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add redchillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, ginger pieces, garlic pieces dryroast it well. Then switch off the flame. Let's cool. Take it in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Masala ready. Keep aside.

After take a bowl, add salt, water, add eggs boil it in high flame 5 minutes, then boil it in medium flame 10 minutes. Then switch off the flame. Let's cool it. Remove peel. Take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, boiled eggs, deep fry it becomes golden brown color. Keep aside.

Then take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, fry it and saute it well. Stir it 5 minutes. Then add sufficient water for boil veggies. Boil 15 minutes. Then add fried eggs, boil it well.

Then add masala powder, Turmeric, salt, mix it carefully. Cook it well. It becomes thickness. Then switch off the flame. Serve it with chapati and rice. So tasty. Enjoy.
