It's a simple veg momo but wanted to give some new look.For colour I have used spinach paste...So it's healthy too.

Ingredients For Fish Momo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make a dough of flour, salt, 1tspn oil & spinach paste.Cover it & keep aside.
  • 2. For stuffing, heat 1tspn oil & add panch foron seeds.Let it crackle.
  • 3. Then add chopped potato, peas,salt & all spices.Don't add water.Cover it & let it boil in low flame.If needed add only 2 to 3tspn water.
  • 4. Now take small portion from dough.Roll it like small poori with the help of roller pin.
  • 5. Put 1tspn potato mixture in the centre of the poori.
  • 6. Cut both the edges of the poori & fold it to make the shape of fish.
  • 7. Use one clove to make the design of fish.
  • 8. Now heat water in a pan.Put one stand & place all the momos on it.
  • 9. Steam it for 15 minutes.
  • 10. When it's ready, sprinkle red chilli powder & oregano.Serve it with momo sauce.
