Ingredients For Fried Rava Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix Rava and curd. Make a semi thick paste. Add eno and steam idlis for 13-15 minutes. Cut idlis into slices or desired shape.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds. Let it Crackle. Put the flame on low.
  • 3. Add curry leaves. Stir.
  • 4. Add salt , turmeric powder, chat masala, maggi magic masala
  • 5. Stir well. Add idli slices. Mix properly.
  • 6. Cover the wok with a lid. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • 7. Put the flame off. Add freshly chopped green coriander leaves.Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
