Ingredients For Fried Rice with Chopsi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1. Take a pan with 2 tsp oil in it , add garlic and stir fry at high flame.
  • 2. 2. Add onion and spring onion and stir fry at high flame.
  • 3. 3. Then add carrot ,cabbage,peas , beans , capsicum and salt and again stir fry at high flame.
  • 4. 4. Add soya sauce and vinegar and again stir it at high flame.
  • 5. 5. Then add boiled rice in the pan with pepper and salt in it and mix it well.
  • 6. 6. Mix it well do not break the rice and add spring onions to it.
  • 7. 7. Now lets make chopsi take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  • 8. 8. Add ginger , garlic , chilli , spring onion and stir it at high flame.
  • 9. 9. Add onion , capsicum and stir it at high flame.
  • 10. 10. Then add vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce tomato sauce , pepper powder , salt and stir fry all it high flame.
  • 11. 11. Then add 1.25 cup water and stir and boil it.
  • 12. 12. Take corn flour in a bowl and add water to it mix them well and then add it to the chopsi.
  • 13. 13. Mix it well and at last add sugar as per your taste.
