Ghevar Tiramisu Recipe

Ghewar is a disc-shaped sweet Traditional Rajasthani Dessert made using special thick metal molds. The texture of this dessert looks like a honeycomb. Here are twist with my recipe to present, I present this indian traditional recipe to international style, but one more important point to remember that I have no intention to disturb the nitty-gritty of this traditional recipe.

Ingredients For Ghevar Tiramisu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. firstly, take ghee and rub with ice block. now add maida and crumble well.
  • 2. Now add chilled milk and give a rough mix. additionally, add chilled water, lemon juice and make a smooth flowing consistency
  • 3. Now heat ghee in a small size frying pot, place a mold ( optional size)
  • 4. Pour the batter gradually keeping a good distance in hot oil, the batter will splatter and later the froth subsides. repeat 10-15 times pull the ghevar out once cooked, and drain off the ghee completely.
  • 5. For Coffee sugar syrup, Take sugar and water in a pan when water boiling and sugar melt, after a minute add coffee powder mix it and switch of gas and let to cool
  • 6. Whipping cream and sugar in a bowl, whipped till fluffy and thick, add cheese and whisk
  • 7. Now add vanilla essence and mix and transfer in a piping bag
  • 8. For assembling the first layer, take a ghevar piece, dip in coffee and sugar syrup and place in pot and fill the bottom with ghevar, now piped the cheese and cream mixture over it
  • 9. For second layer, again dip the Ghevar pieces in coffee and sugar syrup and piped the cream over this,
  • 10. Now sprinkle Cocoa powder over it and garnish with some grated dark chocolate
  • 11. And keep the pot in fridge for overnight to set
