Ingredients For Ginger Bread Blondie with Chocolate Egg Sauce Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Lined the dish with butter and baking paper.
  • 2. Melt the white chocolate in microwave or with double boiler process
  • 3. Add butter in chocolate when completely melt, switch of gas and left to cool
  • 4. Add egg, milk and sugar in another bowl and mix till sugar completely melt
  • 5. Transfer the chocolate butter mixture in milk mixture
  • 6. Take all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, ginger, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg  powder in a bowl and sieve this
  • 7. Now transfer the dry ingredients in wet ingredients and mix, when done transfer in lined baking dish and bake this in preheated for 30 to 35 mins
  • 8. For Sauce, Whisk the egg yolk and sugar in bowl till creamy
  • 9. Add milk, cream, cocoa powder, chocolate chip, cinnamon and nutneg powder, vanilla essence mix and cook till heat
  • 10. Now pour the mixture in whisk egg yolk and sugar mixture and mix well, cook on low flame to start to thicken
  • 11. Seive this mixture and keep to cool
  • 12. Now pour the mixture over the Ginger blondie
  • 13. Cut optional size pieces, Garnish with some sprinkler serve and enjoy the
