Methods
  • 1. Pressure cook potatoes for 3 whistle then grate those potatoes
  • 2. Finely chopp the onion ,coriander and mint leaves green chillies
  • 3. In a bowl mix the bajra flour,cumin seeds ,,grated potatoes
  • 4. Now to that add mint leaves, corianderl eaves,chopped onion and salt
  • 5. To this add water as needed mix all well
  • 6. Make a semi- stiff dough ,make pancakes with hands on ur palm
  • 7. On non stick pan out pancakes and drizzle oil ,cook pancake for 10 minutes,flip it cook on other side
  • 8. Serve it hot
