Gulab jamun stuffed Santa cup cakes recipe

This Christmas my kids demand cupcakes and other family members demand for Gulabjamun so I make combo of it. So everybody loves it and enjoyed their favourites.

Ingredients For Gulab jamun stuffed Santa cup cakes recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add milk, oil,sugar and mix well till it makes uniform mixture.
  • 2. Now take another bowl and add maida, baking soda, baking powder and sieve it 2-3 times.
  • 3. Now add this mixture to wet mixture and mix well. Now add vanilla essence and mix.
  • 4. Take cupcake mould and put cupcake liners in the mould and then fill better till half of the liner. put mini gulabjamun in it .then again put some better to cover Gulabjamun..now bake for 30-40 minutes in pre heated cooker.
  • 5. Then cool down this cupcakes. Add rosewater to whipped cream and mix well. Now divide whipped cream in two parts and one keep white and other add red food gel colour.Mix it and fill both in different piping bag.
  • 6. Now make Santa face on cupcakes, now using chocolate sauce and sprinkler balls garnish santa cupcakes.
  • 7. Refrigerate these cupcakes for 1-2 hours. Our cupcakes are ready to serve our little Santa's.
