Ingredients For Handmade 21 multipetals ukdiche (steamed) keshar modak recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1 in a hot pan, add ghee 3tbsp ,add coconut fresh grated and jaggery powder, mix well until Jaggery get dissolve., cook properly
  • 2. Then add cardamom powder, almond, cashews, and raisins ,mix well , feeling is ready
  • 3. In another pan add water and ghee 3tspAnd add rice flour, mix well, put the lid on it for 10minutes , steam for ten minutes
  • 4. Knead the dough with hands
  • 5. Take small balls of steamed rice dough
  • 6. Make katori shape,add feeling,and with fingers,make multipetals and close with hands and pour keshar dissolved milk on it and in a steamer steam modaks for 20 minutesAnd serve with lots of ghee
