Methods
  • 1. Wash Daliya and boil.
  • 2. Check if boiled then strain the excess water with the help of strainer.
  • 3. Now add boiled potatoes boiled Peas, carrots, rest of the masalas and coriander leaves.
  • 4. Make small balls of the mixture and flatten them.
  • 5. Add water in the corn flour and make a thick paste of it.
  • 6. Heat up a non stick Tawa and pour some oil on it.
  • 7. Shallow fry all the patties until golden brown.
  • 8. Serve hot with salad and mint dip.
