Ingredients For HEALTHY OATS IDLI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take semolina, oats and curd in a mixing bowl. Mix very well. Add water to maintain consistency.
  • 2. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. After that add little water if required.
  • 3. Add rest of the ingredients(except baking soda) in the batter and mix very well.
  • 4. Add baking soda. Mix and immediately fill the greased cavities of idli maker.
  • 5. Steam for 14-16 minutes.
  • 6. Very healthy oats idli are ready. Serve with coconut chutney or tomato sauce whichsoever is available.
