Ingredients For Healthy Shawarma Roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat the milk to a warm and mix it with yeast and sugar in a bowl. Allow it to sit for a while till you notice bubbles rising.
  • 2. Now  add all type of flour, salt and water slowly and make a soft dough. Keep kneading for at least 10 minutes on to surface and place it inside the same bowl with little water.
  • 3. Cover it for 30 minutes. Now take a medium size ball . Take some flour dust . Roll it out a big flat bread . Now take a tawa place the flat bread . When it little fluppy turn it . Cook from both side . Your healthy millet  pita bread is ready.
  • 4. For the Tahini Sauce, Mix all ingredients in a mixture grinder. Make a fine creamy paste . Your Tahini Sauce  is  ready .
  • 5. First boiled the soya chanks . Now make a crumble of it in a mixi . Now heat some oil in a pan . Add all dry masala . Now add soya crumble.  Give a good mix .
  • 6. Add garam masala and mayonnaise.  When it mix perfectly cook for 10 minutes more . Now Turn off the gas .Stuffing is ready .
  • 7. For creamy Coriander make a fine paste with fresh coriander, mint, mayonnaise, salt ,and 2 green chili.
  • 8. Assembling first take a millet pita bread . Spread some tahini sauce.  Now add soya paste . Add some onions and tomato slices.  Make a roll of it . Cut it equal parts.  Place a sticks . Put potato wedges on it . Serve with creamy coriander chutney and carrots slices.
