Ingredients For Hing ki kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make soft dough using wheat flour, oil, salt and keep aside for 3-4 hrs.
  • 2. Grind the soaked urad dal, fennel seeds, ginger, green chili without adding water to a coarse mixture.
  • 3. In a pan , add mustard oil, asafoetida, and the mixture and saute for few minute. Add salt and sugar.
  • 4. Make small balls of the dough and flatten it, keep some stuffing inside that and seal it.
  • 5. Then roll it like poori and deep fry it
  • 6. Serve with aloo chana dal curry.
