Take a pan add oil, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, coriander seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnemon deep fry for 2 mins. And now grind it. Spices masala is ready. Now in a same pan add gum and deep fry for 2 mins.

Now in a same pan add ghee, butter melt it now add wheat flour roast for 2 mins. At low flame.

Now in a pan add water, jaggery mix it well. Jaggery is melt it. Now in a mixing bowl add wheat flour, gum, almonds, cashew, desiccated coconut, ginger powder, termeric powder, mawa, spices masala, jaggery mix it well properly.

Now take a small portion of ladoo mixture in your palms and begin to shape it into ladoos. Immunity boost ladoo is ready.
