Take a mixer jar add all the ingredients of chutney. Blend it . If required add water.Transfer it in a bowl.

Heat oil in a tadka pan. Add mustard seeds and dry red chilli. Fry it for seconds.

Add this tadka into chutney. Keep it in refrigerator.

Idli:-

In a mixing bowl add rawa, curd, salt and some water to make idli like batter. Mix it well. Keep aside for 20-25 minutes. Check the consistency. Add more water if required.

Grease the idli mould with oil. Once the steamer is ready, add baking soda to the idli batter and mix gently. The idli batter will turn frothy immediately, pour in a ladle full of the prepared batter.
7.
Place the idli stand inside the steamer and Cook it for 12 minutes at medium high flame.
