Ingredients For Instant Veg Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add rawa, salt and curd. Mix it well. Keep it aside for 45 minutes.
  • 2. Add water to adjust the consistency. Add baking soda. Mix it well.
  • 3. Add water in steamer. Boil it.Pour the mixture in greased idli plates.
  • 4. Place it in steamer. Steam for 10-12 minutes on medium high heat.
  • 5. Check it with toothpick. Let it cool. Remove it.
  • 6. Serve with any chutney or sauce.
