Jamun (Black Plum) Muesli Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Smoothie bowls are a great choice for breakfast , because ,you get a balanced meal in the end. Plus side, smoothies have their fiber content . the idea of making a smoothie out of jamuns appered ,in my mind for the beautiful purple color it would be at the end. Jamun is a low-calorie and diabetic friendly fruit . I added Goodness of jamun-yogurt (Indian Blackcurrant/ Black Plum), topped with muesli, healthy seeds,berries –cherries and nuts . Ingredients For Jamun (Black Plum) Muesli Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, take hung curd, powdered sugar and beat it to make it fluffy. (For pulp at home -Make pulp with desseded jamuns .Cook jamuns for 5 minutes in water ,blend and sieve trough strainer to get smooth pulp.)
  • 2. Now add(jamun) pulp and fold it in curd mixture . Blend it till with frozen banana till it becomes smooth.Now add cardamom powder If using .
  • 3. Mix well. Divide into 2 bowls. Spread the yogurt mixture in bowls.
  • 4. Mix all topping ingredients . Top corners of bowls, with muesli-seeds topping . Garnish with mint leaf .Serve chilled.
