Ingredients For Jowar Atta Ki Noodles Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For the noodles:Mix all the ingredients and to a stiff dough using warm water.
  • 2. For the noodles:Grease sev press with oil and put the dough in it and make a sev on plate.
  • 3. For the noodles:Steam the sev for 5-7 minutes. It can be made in idlli plates also.
  • 4. For the noodles:Allow to cool, Then break to smaller pieces.
  • 5. How to Proceed:1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add the Mustard seeds.
  • 6. 2. When seed crackle then add Asafoetida(Hing), Turmeric, Cabbage, Carrots and Capsicum and sprinkle some water and cook for some minutes.
  • 7. 3. Add salt, Noodles masala and Mix well.
  • 8. 4. Add the steamed noodles and Lemon juice. Mix gently.
  • 9. 5. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
