Fristly take one big Bowl add the flour, Red chilli flakes, oregano , garlic,salt,ghee and Coriander mix nicley

Now add the water and knead the dough nicleyCovered for 10 minsPut the oven in Pre heat at 180 degreesGrese the baking tray with oil

Now take small ball of dough and roll it like a chapati as thin as possible without breaking it

Sprinkle the sesame seeds and press it lightlyCut into triangle and transfer on baking trayLet's this baking in oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins

Heat a small pan .add the sesame seeds and roast seeds till they become crisp

In a mixer jar take the roasted sesame seeds and make the fine powderAdd the garlic , lemon juice, cumin powder, olive oil, salt and grind to a fine paste
7.
Next add the cooked chikpeas and grind till smooth and light (unable to grind then add the 2-3 tbsp Water)Hummus is ready and drizzle a bit of olive oil and sprinkle the red chilli flakes and red chilli powder ,some coriander leaves
