1.
Cut the paneer into 1 inch square pieces. Wash capsicum also well. Remove its seeds and cut it into square pieces. Put 2-3 tsp oil in a pan and heat it, put paneer pieces in hot oil for frying and fry them till they turn light brown from the bottom side. When the pieces of paneer turn light brown from the bottom, turn them over and let them cook till they turn light brown from the other side as well. When roasted from both the sides, take out the pieces of paneer in a plate.

Put the capsicum pieces in the pan and fry them till they become slightly crunchy. Cover the capsicum and let it cook for 1 minute. Take out the roasted capsicum in a plate.

Make a fine paste of tomatoes, green chilies and cashews. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fry it. After roasting cumin, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder and kasoori fenugreek and fry the spices lightly. After this, add ginger paste, tomato, green chili and cashew paste and red chili powder and fry the spices until oil starts floating on the spices. After the masala is roasted, add salt, garam masala and mix it and add 1/2 cup water. Add paneer pieces, capsicum and some green coriander to it and mix it well.

Cover the vegetable and let it cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes so that all the spices in the paneer and capsicum get absorbed well. Check the vegetables. Kadhai Paneer is ready. Take out the vegetable in a bowl. And Upar Se cream Dal dijiye Garnish the paneer with green coriander. Serve this delicious Kadhai Paneer hot with chapati, paratha, noni or rice and eat it.
