Methods
  • 1. Whisk curd with gram flour and make sure that no lumps are formed.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard in it carefully.
  • 3. As the mustard pops add green chillies and ginger garlic paste as well as curry leaves. Let it cook properly.
  • 4. Add curd mixture in it and stir well and let it simmer.
  • 5. Add salt accordingly and serve.
