Ingredients For Keshar Shrikhand Poori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First knead the dough with adding sufficient water and grease with oil and keep aside.
  • 2. Now In boiled milk add saffron.
  • 3. Now add sugar and salt in hung curd and nutmeg powder mix well
  • 4. After that add saffron milk in that and mix well
  • 5. Garnish with nuts and pumpkin seeds and keep in the fridge.
  • 6. Now make small balls out of wheat dough and roll to make poori and fry it in hot oil till golden brown.
  • 7. Serve poori with shrikhand
