Ingredients For Kidney Beans Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Chop the onion and tomato. In a mixer jar, add tomato, onion, green chili and ginger garlic paste. Grind it.
  • 2. In a pressure cooker, add soaked rajma, 1 small chopped onion, 1 small chopped tomato, 3 times more water. Pressure cook for 5-6 whistles until rajma becomes soft.
  • 3. Take a wok heat oil. Add bay leaves, cloves and cardamom. Saute for few minutes.
  • 4. Add grounded paste. Roast it on low medium heat till it starts releasing oil. Add all the spices and curd . Stir continuously.
  • 5. Now add cooked rajhma along with water. Give it 5-6 boil. Add kasuri methi.
  • 6. Serve with rice or roti.
