Methods
  • 1. First prepare Kundan kaliya by taking crushed paneer in a bowl and add 1tbsp khoya and cornflour and make dough from it
  • 2. Divide dough into 3 parts, add red colour in one and green in other and keep other as it is and also prepare leaf shape from other
  • 3. Now deep fry it and next prepare gravy for this blend all item of gravy
  • 4. Take a pan add oil in it then put blended gravy after red chilly powder, haldi powder. Cook it properly
  • 5. Now at last ,add cream and garam masala and kasuri methi and it's ready
  • 6. Add Kundan kaliya just befire serving with namanor chapatti
