Ingredients For Laal Maas Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in handi, then add garlic and saute over medium heat until golden brown.
  • 2. Add onions and the black and green cardamom, saute until onions are golden brown.
  • 3. Then add the meat, bhunno for 4-5miutes, add the yoghurt mixture and bhunno until the liquid has evaporated.
  • 4. Now add water (approx 800ml), bring it to boil, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender.
  • 5. Adjust the seasoning
