Ingredients For Leftover rice uttapam Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take 1 cup boiled rice in mixer grinder.
  • 2. Add 1/2 cup curd and 4 tbsp water, mix well in mixer grinder.
  • 3. Add 1/4 cup semolina and 1 tsp water, blend it in mixer till you get soft batter.
  • 4. Now leave the batter to rest for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Now in batter add salt as needed.
  • 6. Now add fruit salt, u will get bubbles in batter give a immediately mix with spoon to batter.
  • 7. Heat tawa and drizzle oil on tawa, rub tawa with tissue paper.
  • 8. Now add 1 tbsp butter and spread uttapam batter on tawa.
  • 9. Cook the uttapam for 4 - 5 minutes then sprinkle sambhar masala, chopped coriander, onion, tomato, chillies on uttapam with a dash of sprinkle of salt on uttapam.
  • 10. Now flip the uttapam on other side, add 1 tbsp butter then cook uttapam for 5 minutes.
  • 11. Now uttapam is ready, serve it with chutney and sambhar.
