Ingredients For Lemon Rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Put peanuts in it and take out the fried peanuts in a plate on low flame.
  • 2. Add mustard seeds in the same pan. When mustard seeds crackle, add urad dal, dry red chillies, green chillies, curry leaves and cumin seeds.
  • 3. When cumin turns brown, add asafoetida, turmeric, salt and red chili and mix it well.
  • 4. Lower the flame and add boiled rice, lemon juice and fried peanuts to it. Mix well.
  • 5. Switch off the gas and put green coriander on top. Check once and see if you want more sourness then add more lemon juice to it. If you want, you can also add fried cashews to it.
