Methods
  • 1. Peel an pressure cook the lotus stem for 1 whistle an keep it too cool
  • 2. Then in another cooker add ghee , fry onions till light pink
  • 3. Then add the lotus stem an the vegetables fry nicely then add chopped tomatoes an fry nicely
  • 4. Then add chopped coriander leaves an mint leaves an green chillies mix well till oil comes out
  • 5. Then add the cashewnuts paste (cashewnuts, ginger garlic an green chillies ) mix well
  • 6. Then add garam masala pd & shahi biryani masala an cook it nicely
  • 7. Then add rice , water an pressure cook it for 1 whistle
