Ingredients For Macaroni in Lemongrass Sauce Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan, pour coconut oil, followed by maida. Saute for a minute then slowly add in the coconut milk, stirring constantly. There should be no lumps.
  • 2. Now add in the chopped lemongrass, salt, pepper powder, red chilli flakes, oregano. Mix well and cook till there are bubbles.
  • 3. Keep it aside.
  • 4. Take another wok, pour in olive oil, garlic, onion, broccoli, mushroom, baby corn, bell peppers, saute them well.
  • 5. Then add in the boiled macaroni and saute for another 2-3 minutes. Now add in the tomato sauce, salt, and combine them well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • 6. Take a square mould, pour in almost half of the prepared white sauce first, put the prepared pasta, then again pour in the left sauce.
  • 7. Sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese on top and put it in the oven at 150-degree celsius for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns slightly golden brown.
  • 8. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
