Ingredients For Maharashtrian Chivda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Roast poha on low flame in a heavy bottom wok.
  • 2. After roasting keep it aside.
  • 3. Heat oil in the same wok. Add asafoetida and curry leaves.saute well.
  • 4. Add chana dal and peanuts. Mix very well.
  • 5. Add all the spices. Mix. Add poha, sugar, sev and makka poha.
  • 6. Mix well and saute it for 4-5 minutes.
  • 7. Put off the flame. Store in air tight jar after it is completely cooled.
