Ingredients For Maize flour and Methi leaves Tikkad Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first finely chop the methi leaves. Take a bowl add all ingredients mix it then add water and make a tight dough. Now heat a tawa on medium flame grease with oil. Now take a small portion like a small ball from dough and roll it with your palm or on a plastic sheet sprinkle some dry flour .
  • 2. Press it with your palm and make a thick small poori and place it on hot tawa and roast it golden brown from both sides then spread some oil both side and serve this Tikkas with curd, chutney or tomato ketchup as you like. You can make 2 or 3 Tikkas at a time on tawa.
