Methods
  • 1. Firstly, clean and cut the fenugreek and wash it well and squeeze it.
  • 2. Now add wheat flour, fenugreek and all the spices in the maize flour and mix it all well.
  • 3. Add water as required and knead into a soft dough. Keep covered for 15-20 minutes.
  • 4. Now break a ball and apply dry flour in it and roll it with light hands.
  • 5. Now apply oil on the pan and roast it well. Serve hot parathas.
