Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl whisk the butter and sugar until it’s get creamy texture or sugar has to melt
  • 2. Add curd and whisk evrything until combined well
  • 3. Another bowl take flour , bp, bs . Sieve all the ingredients
  • 4. Now add dry ingredients into wet and mix evrything in cut fold method
  • 5. Add Dessicated coconut and mix evrything
  • 6. Pour the batter in greased tin and bake at 180 temp for 20-25 mins
  • 7. Once done takeout and cool it on rack
  • 8. Slice the cake into two halves once cool down
  • 9. Add mango compote in between the layer and frost the cake with mango buttercream
  • 10. Garnish or decorate the cake as u like
