Ingredients For Masala Bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 200C for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Mix yeast and sugar in lukewarm water in one bowl until froth is formed on the top.
  • 3. Take a bowl. Mix flour, butter and yeast mixture and knead it into smooth dough.
  • 4. Rest the dough for 1.1/2 hour in a warm place.The dough would double by then.
  • 5. For filling, take a sauce pan. Heat some butter and add onion. Saute for a miute. Add,garlic, red chili powder and salt. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • 6. Remove from the flame and Keep aside.
  • 7. Take dough and punch it to remove air. Gave rectangle shape and put in mould.Rest the dough for 1.1/2 hour in a warm place.
  • 8. Brush the top with little milk. Bake for 20 min at 200C in a preheated oven. Cool it completely before removing from the mould.
