Ingredients For Masala idli bites recipe

Methods
  • 1. firstly cut the leftover Idlis into 2 halves. Prepare other ingredients.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame. Add chopped onion and capsicum .Sprinkle salt, mix well & let it cook until it become soft.
  • 3. Now add Green chillies & garlic paste saute for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and continue cooking & add water .
  • 4. Add remaining salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala .Mix well all and cook for a minute.
  • 5. Now add chopped Idlis soo that Masala is coated with each & every idli.
  • 6. lastly squeeze lemon juice & add chopped corriander leaves.
  • 7. Stir well and serve hot with chutney
