Ingredients For Masala Namakpare Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well with hands. Moyan should be mixed well with all the flour.
  • 2. Now gradually add water to it and knead a hard dough. Cover the dough and keep it for 20 minutes so that it gets set.
  • 3. Apply some oil in your hands and knead the dough after 20 minutes to make it smooth.
  • 4. Take a big dough. Roll it out a little thick. Cut namak pare of your choice from it.
  • 5. Heat oil in a wok. Keep the flame low-medium. In low flame itself, put these paras little by little in the oil.
  • 6. Fry them till they turn brown. Keep stirring occasionally.
  • 7. Take them out on a paper. Similarly fry all.
