Matar ki chaat is quick an easy recipe which prepared using green peas, potatoes with flavourful and aromatic spices. So let's learn how to make chatpati hare Matar Ki Chaat.

First boil or pressure cook green peas until it's get little soft. Remove it from boiling water and keep aside

In kadhai, fry potatoes in heated oil until golden brown. Transfer it in plate, and less the oil.

In 2-3 tblespn of oil fry boiled green peas until it's done little crispy. Now add fried potatoes in it with salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt and garam masala powder. Mix all well and switch off the flame.
4.
Serve prepared matar aloo in plate, pour curd, green chutney, khatti meethi chutney, nylon sev and finally garnish some chopped coriander leaves.
