Methods
  • 1. Wash the rice and soak it for 1-2 hours.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a pan. Mix cumin, green chilli and all the spices in it.
  • 3. Then mix chopped onion, mater, paneer, carrot and all the spices, add salt and water and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • 4. Ready, tasty and healthy Matar Paneer Pulao.
