Ingredients For Methi Thepla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add chopped fenugreek leaves. Wheat flour and besan.
  • 2. Add 1 tbsp oil, all the spices and ginger garlic paste. Mix it well.
  • 3. Gradually add the water, make a soft dough. Cover it and keep aside for rest.
  • 4. Knead the dough again to make it smooth. Take small portion of dough, Roll it to make thin thepla.
  • 5. Heat tawa. Place thepla on the tawa. Apply oil cook it from both the sides by pressing it, till it becomes golden brown on medium flame.
  • 6. Make all theplas by the same method. Serve it with any pickle.
