Ingredients For Mexican papdi chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add salt and oil to the flour and prepare a dough to make papadi.
  • 2. Roll out small puri/papadi and deep fry it in oil.
  • 3. Soak rajma in water for 8 hours. Then pressure cook it.
  • 4. Finely Chop onion, red, green, and yellow capsicum.
  • 5. In a pan, add oil. Add finely chopped garlic and crushed carrom seeds.
  • 6. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute it. Cook it till it become soft.
  • 7. Add crushed ginger and red chilli powder and cook for few more minutes.
  • 8. On prepared papadi, put some onion, red, green, yellow capsicum, sweet corn on top. Now add prepared tomato chutney, sprinkle some mix herbs and chilli flakes.
  • 9. Grate cheese over it.
  • 10. Maxican papadi chaat is ready to serve.
