Chaat is an Indian food which is tasty and yummy. I have created fusion version of it. In which healthy ingredients are used. Kids will surely love this.
1.
Add salt and oil to the flour and prepare a dough to make papadi.
2.
Roll out small puri/papadi and deep fry it in oil.
3.
Soak rajma in water for 8 hours. Then pressure cook it.
4.
Finely Chop onion, red, green, and yellow capsicum.
5.
In a pan, add oil. Add finely chopped garlic and crushed carrom seeds.
6.
Now add chopped tomatoes and saute it. Cook it till it become soft.
7.
Add crushed ginger and red chilli powder and cook for few more minutes.
8.
On prepared papadi, put some onion, red, green, yellow capsicum, sweet corn on top. Now add prepared tomato chutney, sprinkle some mix herbs and chilli flakes.
