Ingredients For Mixed veggies Cheese popcorns Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Finely chop the veggies with the help of a food processor or chopper.
  • 2. Mix cottage cheese in it and rest of the ingredients in it except oil and 1/2 cup oats to make a dough.
  • 3. Then prepare small equal size flattened balls from the dough and roll them on the oats.
  • 4. Heat oil in a Kadai and deep fry them till they become golden brown in colour.
  • 5. Now the mixed veggies cheese popcorns are ready.
  • 6. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes over it and serve hot with ketchup.
